The basic ground rules for using our website and working with PowerHouse Premium Roofing.
Last updated 2026.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the PowerHouse Premium Roofing (“PowerHouse,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website and the information, estimates, and services we provide through it. Please read them before using our site or requesting an inspection.
By accessing this website, submitting a request, or using our estimator, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please don’t use the site or our services.
PowerHouse provides residential and commercial roofing, premium siding, custom gutters, exterior lighting, repairs, and related exterior services across Utah County. The website lets you learn about us, request a free inspection, get a ballpark price range from our estimator, and contact our team. Availability of specific services may vary by location and project.
Any price ranges shown on our website — including the instant estimator — and any preliminary numbers we share before seeing your property are estimates only. They are for general informational purposes, are not binding offers, and do not constitute a contract.
Final pricing is determined after an on-site inspection that accounts for the actual condition, size, materials, access, and scope of your project. A binding price applies only once it is set out in a written agreement signed by you and PowerHouse.
When you request an inspection, we’ll reach out to confirm a time, usually by text or phone. Appointment times are subject to availability and may be affected by weather or scheduling conflicts. We’ll do our best to keep you informed of any changes.
PowerHouse offers product and workmanship warranties of up to 20 years, depending on the materials selected and the scope of work. The specific warranty terms, coverage, exclusions, and duration that apply to your project are set out in your written agreement and any manufacturer documentation. Nothing on this website creates or guarantees a warranty by itself; warranty coverage applies only as stated in writing for your specific project.
The content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, photos, and design — is owned by or licensed to PowerHouse and is protected by applicable laws. You may view and share the site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for other purposes without our written permission.
The website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind regarding accuracy or completeness. To the fullest extent allowed by law, PowerHouse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or reliance on estimates or information provided through it. This section does not limit any rights or warranties set out in a signed project agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes relating to these Terms or the website will be handled in the appropriate courts located in the State of Utah.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” note above. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
